Terms of Service

- General Terms
All activities at Finca Orgánica Mar y Sol require a prior reservation; you will not be allowed entry without one. Please present the confirmation email of your booking upon arrival.

 

Be punctual! Gates open 15 minutes before and close 5 minutes after the activity starts. If you arrive later, you must park outside the farm and walk in. Please notify us so we can tell you where on the property we are.

 

We will honor official weather alerts that prevent outdoor activities. If we cannot proceed with a visit, we will notify you at least two hours beforehand and issue you a non-expiring gift card for the full amount of your reservation, redeemable at your convenience. The same applies if damage from adverse weather forces us to close.

 

Feeding the animals any food not provided by us is strictly prohibited, to avoid possible colic or other health issues.

 

At no time may fires be lit on the property.

 

Smoking is not allowed on the farm; if you need to smoke, you may do so only at the entrance.

 

During visits, children must always be accompanied by an adult, who will be responsible for supervising them.

 

Finca Orgánica Mar y Sol is a place to have fun and enjoy nature, but we will not endanger any visitor, animal, environment, or facility. If our safety guidelines are not followed, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the group, as we cannot accept any risk despite carrying the required liability insurance.

-Visits by Preschools, Schools, and Associations
The terms of service for visits by preschools, schools, and associations will be sent along with the rest of the information once you have contacted us and expressed interest in the service.

 

-Right of Admission
Access to the farm will be denied to anyone who commits disrespectful acts or threats before the visit date, whether by phone or in writing. Once on the farm, we will ask you to leave if your behavior disrupts the activity, endangers visitors or farm property, damages installations, incites violence, or involves theft of fruit or any other materials, as well as for any other breach of these terms.
