  • RECORD OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected by Finca Orgánica Mar y Sol through the forms provided on its pages will be entered into an automated file under the responsibility of the Data Controller, for the purpose of facilitating, streamlining, and fulfilling the commitments established between Finca Orgánica Mar y Sol and the user, maintaining the relationship established through the forms they complete, or handling any request or inquiry they make.

  • PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Personal data are collected and managed by Finca Orgánica Mar y Sol in order to facilitate, streamline, and fulfill the commitments established between the website and the user, maintain the relationship created by the forms the user completes, or handle any request or inquiry they make.

  • RIGHTS RESULTING FROM DATA PROCESSING

Under the GDPR, the user has the right to exercise the following rights against Finca Orgánica Mar y Sol as Data Controller:

– Right of access: To confirm whether their personal data are being processed and, if so, to obtain information about the specific data and processing activities, as well as the origin of the data and recipients.

– Right of rectification: To have inaccurate personal data corrected or completed.

– Right of erasure (“right to be forgotten”): To request deletion of personal data when they are no longer necessary, consent is withdrawn, processing is unlawful, the user objects and no other legal basis exists, the data were collected in direct marketing to minors under 14, or other grounds established by law. The Controller must also take reasonable steps to inform other controllers processing those data of the erasure request.

– Right to restriction of processing: To limit processing if they contest accuracy, processing is unlawful, the Controller no longer needs the data but the user needs them for legal claims, or the user has objected to processing.

– Right to data portability: To receive their data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit them to another controller, where technically feasible directly.

– Right to object: To object to processing of their personal data for any reason.

– Right not to be subject to solely automated decision-making, including profiling: To not be subject to decisions based only on automated processing, unless authorized by law.

To exercise these rights, the user may send a written request to the Data Controller with reference “GDPR Finca Orgánica Mar y Sol,” specifying:

• Full name and a copy of ID (and, if applicable, proof of representation).
• Details of the request and reasons.
• Address for notifications.
• Date and signature.
• Any documents supporting the request.

  • COMPLAINTS TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

If the user believes their GDPR rights have been infringed, they have the right to effective judicial protection and may file a complaint with the supervisory authority in their habitual residence. In Spain, this is the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.agpd.es.

  • ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

By using the site, the user acknowledges they have read and agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to processing of their personal data as described.

Finca Orgánica Mar y Sol reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at its discretion or due to legislative, judicial, or doctrinal changes by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Any updates will be explicitly notified to users.
